Born and raised in the Chicago-land area Dr. Domek is a proud Northwest Suburban Native. During high school and college she was an avid distance runner which landed her in a podiatrist office many times for varying sports injuries. This experience is what sparked her interest in podiatry. As the owner of Podiatry of Palatine, Dr. Domek looks forward to keeping you on your feet.

Education

Dr. Domek attended undergrad at the University of Illinois Champagne-Urbana where she double majored in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Psychology. After Dr. Domek then went on to pursue her passion for medicine by attending Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Graduating with her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) in 2012, Dr Domek then furthered her education by completing a 3 year residency at Loyola University Medical Center and Hines VA focusing on foot and ankle surgery.

Experience

After residency Dr Domek worked for the former owner of the Podiatry of Chicago location (Podiatry Plus) for 3 years before she was offered the opportunity to purchase the practice location.

Family

Out of the office Dr Domek is a wife and mother of three children. In her free time she enjoys traveling, interior design and fitness.
